The 11th Annual Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

Doors open at 8am to 4pm for shoppers.


Booth Rental:
Inside 10X20 Space ......$40
Outside Tailgate Space....$30 (Designated Area Only)
Table Rental $5 each

Booth Space Rental Information

No sale of any type of firearms, ammunition, martial arts weapons, pornography, hazardous materials, drugs or related items or animals (pets) of any kind will be allowed.

**Sale Hours-One Day Only-8:00 A.M. Till 4:00 P.M. ** Saturday-March 23rd, 2024**

**Inside Booth Spaces- 10x20 and Includes 1 (Eight Foot) Table and 2 Folding Chairs**

**All inside Vendor Spaces Will Be Assigned On First Serve Paid Basis**

**Outside Tailgate Spaces Are the Length of Truck and/or Truck/Flatbed Trailer**

(In Designated Areas and Does Not Include Table and Chairs) (Can Bring Own Chairs and Tables)

(All outside Vendors Must Check In Before Setting up Vendor Space-Check in Table Will Be On Site)

**All Tailgate Spaces Area First Come First Serve Basis on Saturday Morning** Area Will Be Marked**

**No Electricity Provided** (Will Be Available Only To Test Items That Are To Be Sold By Vendors)

**Vendors Are Solely Responsible For:

1. Set Up, Operation and Tear Down and Clean Up of Own Booth and Merchandise.

2. Handling All Sales With Own Cash Box.

3. Transporting Boxes, Bagged Trash And/ Or Broken or Damaged Merchandise to Regular Bin

Dumpster(s) Located At Old Dance Hall And New Dance Hall.

4. All Merchandise Must Be Removed By 6:00 P.M. Saturday-March 23, 2024.

**No Security Will Be Provided**Buildings Are Locked and Secured On Friday Night**

**Set Up Times as Follows For Inside Vendors-Friday-March 22, 2024-8:00 A.M. Till 8:00 P.M.)***

(All inside Vendors Must Set Up On Friday)

**Set Up Time for Outside Tailgate Vendors-Saturday-March 23, 2024 (Day Light) **

**Spaces Are 100% Payable In Advance and Payment Must Be Enclosed With Application/Contract**

**Check/Money Order Payable to KCFA**

***NSF Check Fee-$45.00 Charge for Any Returned NSF Check(s) ***

**No Refunds of Prior Payment If You Decide To Cancel** (Will Present A Donation Receipt for Funds)

**NO PETS ALLOWED (Inside or Outside Booths)-(For Safety and Health Reasons) **

**KCFA Will Be Responsible For Advertising**

**ATM Machine Will Be Available**

KCFA Will Not Be Responsible For Taking Donated Items to the Donation Truck. Each

Vendor Must Take Their Items to The Truck To Be Loaded By Officials.

The KCFA Requests All Vendors To Donate Usable/Saleable Merchandise To The Donation Truck and Not Broken Or Trashed Merchandise.

. The Kendall County Fair Association reserves the right to close any vendor booth and evict the vendor for Non-Compliance with NO REFUND of payment.
