New Dance Hall

The Large Dance hall our largest hall available for rent. It has great potential for a large guest population and we have seen some amazing decorating done in here!

Historic Old Dance Hall

Are you looking for a smaller hall that has historic charm! This dance hall is a historic place filled with decades of memories and a ranch feel. Hard wood floors and lots of windows allowing for a great breeze!

Exhibition Hall

The Exhibition Hall is a great place to hold an event and also encases over a century of history for the Kendall County Fair Association.

Pavilion & Outdoor Area

In 2014 we made some upgrades under the Pavilion including paint, new western look to the stage area and other seating areas. Come out and take a look!

Rodeo Arena

The Rodeo arena sits where years ago the horse races took place. Comes with a huge grand stands to seat many! It is a full service arena with bucking chutes, calf chute, barrels and plenty of parking.

Horse Stall Rentals

We have a great community of boarders in our horse stalls. We would love for you to join us!
