Mutton Busting

Sign up your child for mutton busting at the 119th Kendall County Fair! Registration opens Friday, August 8, 2025 at midnight and will close Friday, August 22, 2025 at 5:00pm.
We will select 20 riders and 2 alternates for each rodeo performance. Rodeo performances will be at 8pm each night (Friday, August 29, Saturday, August 30, & Sunday, August 31st). Entries will be taken first come first serve. Riders must be under 60lbs, Entry fee of $35 per entry must be paid at check-in at 6:30m the night of the performance.

Below is a list of the riders for each show and the heat they will be riding in. Each heat will have 10 riders. Two heats will be ran each night. Everyone must report to the Rodeo Arena at 6:30pm (all three nights are the same time) to complete the registration process and pay your entry fee. Entry fee is $35.00. First heat will be called to line up at 7:30 pm. Any slots not filled will be filled the day of at 6:30pm.
