VENDOR RULES & GENERAL INFORMATION
Vendor Set Up:
Thursday before 5:00 P.M. and Friday morning after 7:30 A.M.
Booths with high backs will be placed along the walls or asked to remove portions of their backdrops to allow for airflow. We try to create circulation that keeps everyone comfortable during our Texas summers.
Vendors must park in designated parking as required by the organization to protect all of our guest.
Vendor Breakdown:
Clean up and Breakdown Will Be Monday After 8:00 A.M. or Sunday after we close (As long as it doesn’t interrupt with fair activities, and is completed by closing).
Leave Your Area Clean and Free of Trash. Dumpsters are provided.
General Instructions:
Vendors will be provided with access to (1) 120v Duplex outlet.
(20 Amps.) for a $50.00 fee or 30 AMP service for a $100.00 fee or 50 AMP
service for a $150.00 fee.
Each Vendor who is using electricity needs to provide their own 100’ #12 UL tagged extension cord (No Home Made Cords).
Cords must be in good working order. KCFA reserves the right to remove any cords deemed unsafe or undersized.
Cords can be rented from KCFA for a fee of $50.00 with a $100.00 refundable deposit.
Vendors are to stay out of electrical panels and off KCFA ladders.
Vendors cannot sell water, sodas or alcohol.
No garage sale items allowed.
Vendor packets with space assignments will be available at check in. Booth assignments will be given on a first come basis.
All fees need to be paid in full prior to arrival to the Fair. Cancellations must be made by August 3, 2019 for a full refund.
Vendors must stay open the entire time of the set hours for The Mercantile.
Friday 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sunday 12 noon – 11:00 pm
There are many events that happen at the Fair Grounds prior to the start of the actual Fair. The Board of Directors and a multitude of volunteers are busy the entire week prior. The Queen’s Contest is on Thursday night, KC’s Kids is Friday morning and livestock starts arriving Friday afternoon. We will do our best to accommodate your special request if they do not negatively affect these other events. We ask that you work with us to make this the BEST FAIR EVER!
