2023 Queen's Court Information

We are excited you're here! We look forward to meeting you at this year's 2023-2024 Kendall County Fair Queen's Court Scholarship Pageant!

The Queen’s Court will consist of the Queen, Princess, Duchess, Jr. Miss and Little Miss. The Queen’s Court will represent the Kendall County community at parade events around South Texas, local civic fundraisers, school events, all KCFA events and fundraisers as well as other designated events.

The KCFA Queen’s Court Scholarship Pageant is open to all High School Freshman through Senior in the 2023-2024 school year up to the age of 18, who reside in and/or attend school in Kendall County, TX as of July 1, 2023. All Queen's Court Contestants must provide proof of residence or school enrollment and age via an original certified birth certificate.

The KCFA Jr. Miss Scholarship Pageant is open to girls ages of 11 or 12 as of July 1, 2023 and who reside in and/or attend school in Kendall County, TX. All Jr. Miss Contestants must provide proof of residence or school enrollment and age via an original certified birth certificate.

The KCFA Little Miss Scholarship Pageant is open to girls who are 7, 8 or 9 years of age as of July 1, 2023 and who reside in and/or attend school in Kendall County, TX. All Little Miss Contestants must provide proof of residence or school enrollment and age via an original certified birth certificate.

Scholarships & Awards

The newly crowned Queen's Court will receive the following prizes and scholarship.

- Queen: Crown, Sash, Trophy Belt Buckle, Jacket and Scholarship

- Princess: Crown, Sash, Trophy Belt Buckle, Jacket and Scholarship

- Duchess: Crown, Sash, Trophy Belt Buckle, Jacket and Scholarship

- Jr. Miss: Crown, Sash, Trophy Belt Buckle, Jacket and Scholarship

- Little Miss: Crown, Sash, Trophy Belt Buckle, Jacket and Scholarship

All rules, regulations, prizes and scholarships are subject to change as needed at the discretion of the KCFA Board of Directors.

Important Dates for the Pageant:

Tuesday - May 9, 2023 - 6pm
- Pageant Contestant Informational Meeting at the Kendall County Fair Grounds Pavilion. Contestants who have already registered online for a packet can pick up their packet at the meeting. Anyone registering after the meeting, will be sent via mail as received.

Friday - July 1, 2023
- DEADLINE for packets
- Must be postmarked by this date

Sunday - July 30, 2023 - 4pm
- MANDATORY Contestant Meeting
- Contestant Pictures in "Full Western Wear"

Monday - Wednesday - July 31-August 2, 2023
- Pageant Contestant Wardrobe Fitting located at Billy’s Western Wear (Your assigned date and time to be determined.)

Sunday - August 13, 2023 - 2pm
- MANDATORY Market Days Fair Promotion

Saturday - August 19, 2023 - 10am - 2pm
- MANDATORY Team Building with the Directors

Sunday, August 27, 2023
- 4pm: Pageant Rehearsal under the KCFA Pavilion
- 5pm: Pageant Social with Fair Directors, Families & Sponsors under the KCFA Pavilion.
