VENDOR RULES & GENERAL INFORMATION
Vendor Set Up:
Thursday before 5:00 P.M. and Friday morning after 7:30 A.M.
No walls on Inside Booths. (This interrupts with airflow.)
Vendors must park in designated parking areas for the weekend.
Clean up and Breakdown Will Be Monday After 8:00 A.M. or Sunday after we close.
(As long as it doesn’t interrupt with fair activities, and is completed by closing).
Leave Your Area Clean and Free of Trash. Dumpsters are provided.
Each Vendor who is using electricity needs to provide their own 100’ #12 Extension cord (No Home Made Cords).
Cords need to be in good working order.Cords that are unsafe will be removed.
Cords can be rented from KCFA for a deposit of $100.00.
Vendors are to stay out of Electrical panels and off KCFA ladders.
Vendors will be provided with access to (1) 120v Duplex outlet. (20 Amps.) for a fee of $50.00 for the weekend.
Leave Your Area Clean and Free of Trash.
Vendors cannot sell water, sodas or alcohol.
No Garage Sale Items allowed.
Vendor Packets will be available at check in.
All cancellations must be made by August 4, 2018 for a full refund.
Vendors must stay open the entire time of the set hours for The Mercantile.
Friday 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sunday 12 noon – 10:30 pm
