You and/or your company will be doing something extraordinary to help the well being of our community, to help at-risk youth, to help further agricultural education and to provide advanced education opportunities for youth within our Hill Country community.
All Proceeds and Donations benefit the following programs.
Help KCFA help SAM's KIDS, a nonprofit begun by Sam Champion, that provides mentoring, tutoring and other services for at-risk children in conjunction with the Boerne Independent School District. Your participation/donation will increase our ability to assist this wonderful organization that provides opportunities for positive growth and achievement for hundreds of local kids in danger of dropping out of school and of dropping out of society.
The Kendall County Fair Association Queens Court: this program encourages young women to demonstrate good citizenship and achieve their high academic goals by providing them with college scholarships toward a fulfilling and rewarding future. These young ladies work hard all year as they represent Kendall County at festivals, in parades and other activities throughout the State. They maintain the highest of personal standards and high academic achievement as they represent our beautiful Hill Country community.
Help keep agriculture alive and well within our Hill Country and State! This event also provides much needed funding toward our KCFA Youth Agriculture Program where youth are provided with experiences that enhance their agricultural education, improve their self esteem, provide leadership and citizenship training and enhance their academic achievement. KCFA provides educational programs all year around and also provides Stock Shows where youth can demonstrate their projects and win awards and prizes. In this way, KCFA is enhancing the future of our agricultural community by teaching our children the value of the American livestock industry, entrepreneurial skills and animal husbandry through innovation and problem solving. KCFA insures the future of the Texas Agricultural industry through agricultural education for our children.
